Journey Checklist
In addition to your Trip Application, the following are required by each traveler. Please mail or email these documents to us as soon as possible:
• A photocopy of the photo/information page of your passport and any name amendment pages.
• A photocopy of your international (U.S. to foreign destination) air itinerary if not arranged through ATJ.
The following are required based on travel destinations:
- Tibet only: A photocopy of your China visa stamp. Also a top quality photocopy of your passport(s) on which your face is clearly visible.
- Bhutan and Turkmenistan: A COLOR photocopy of your passport picture page. Please either email us a color scan or mail us a color photocopy.
- India only: A copy of your birth certificate. (This needs to be sent to the visa agency, not to Asia Transpacific Journeys.)
- High Altitude only: A High Altitude Medical Certificate, signed by your physician if traveling at high altitude. If required, you will receive one in your Signup Packet.
