• We welcome entries featuring scenic, locals or traveling companions on an Asia Transpacific Journeys trip from anyone who has traveled with Asia Transpacific Journeys.
• Limit of 10 entries per person.
• Entries must be no larger than 12 MB. All entries must be submitted via the online form. A JPG file type is required.
• Entry gives Asia Transpacific Journeys an irrevocable assignment of all rights to use submitted material (winning or non-winning photographs) in all media and forms of expression and communication now known or later developed. Photographer will receive a photo credit.
• All submissions will be hosted on
Asia Transpacific Journeys’ Flickr account.
• Entry acknowledges that the submitted photograph is an original work, the photograph was taken on an Asia Transpacific Journeys trip (custom or group) and the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
• Each entry must include photographer name, destination and description.
• Submission of photographs indicates that the photographer has permission on behalf of any recognizable travel guests in the photograph.
• Asia Transpacific Journeys judging panel will evaluate the submissions on the basis of aesthetics, composition, originality and technical merit. Contest deadline is September 30, 2010. Winners will be announced by November 1, 2010.
• The winners will be awarded a future travel credit to be applied to the land cost of either a custom or group trip. Total trip land cost must exceed $4,000. Credit cannot be used for air only. First place ($300 future trip credit), 2nd place ($200 future trip credit) and 3rd place ($100 future trip credit). Travel credit will be good for travel booked within 2 years of issue date.
• The travel credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Asia Transpacific Journeys’ standard terms and conditions will apply to all travel arrangements purchased with this travel credit.
