Begin with a personal consultation
During a dialogue with your Travel Specialist you will discuss
your destination interests, who you'll be traveling with, travel
style, timeframe, personal interests and budget.
Present itinerary framework with approximate cost
After reviewing a brief sketch of what's to come, you give us
feedback and we proceed to prepare a more detailed itinerary—no
fee, no obligation.
Create a customized, detailed day-by-day itinerary for you
We'll make adjustment to the itinerary to ensure it suits you
perfectly. References will be made available to you, so you can be
certain you've made the right choice by placing your trust in
us.
Book your journey
Once you're satisfied with your itinerary, we request a $1,000
per person deposit to confirm all your reservations. We can also
provide fares and book your international air.
Customized Travel Guide
Packed full of travel tips, cultural primers and destination
information, your custom-made guide is the definitive source to get
you prepared for your journey.
Final Travel Documents
Approximately 10 days before you leave you will receive your
confirmed itinerary, customized contact information, and detail
down to where you'll be met by your drivers and private guides.
Arriving in country
You'll be met at the airport by your private local guide. They
will transfer you to your hotel, and your adventure begins.
Your journey unfolds
Your private local guide will pick you up each day, and
accompany you on all scheduled excursions, providing deep cultural
insights, and revealing the secrets of their country.
