She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Eco Tourism and has since traveled to nearly 40 countries, absorbing deep firsthand knowledge of Asia and beyond. Her continued affinity for all things wild led to a stint as a tour leader for the World Wildlife Fund on their lauded snorkeling tours in Micronesia. While growing up, Chris' passion for competitive swimming cultivated a deep familiarity with pools from Oregon to Maine, but left little time to explore the rest of the world.
